Each process is in any case fluid and going towards the new indications and need; each instance, even if only a specific interest of a company is taken into account and, if possible, made available to the company who request it.

Here below we detail Report that are now available:

  • 1. Grouping Description: in this Table we can see the Grouping that will be used in all Report, to indicate the Accounts that logically are assigned into them In all the Process and consequently in mind to easy manage them, we define them one for all.
  • 2. Main economic indicators: They allow Companies to have the summary of all Economic Variables involved in the Process and to immediately simulate the starting of all Project.
  • 3. Profit and Loss of the Month (Table): it show the income statement for each month, before adjustment items, with reference to the previous year and some possible Scenarios if existing.
  • 4. General Profit and Loss (Table): it shows the percentage of target achievement at today toward the budget and the last year.
  • 5. Profit and Loss Progressive (Table): shows the progress at today and Yearend Forecast.
  • 6. Management Profit and Loss (Table): this Report, Monthly and Overall, differs from the previous because it allows to include items that are not relevant for Legal purposes. Also it shows a comparison between customer and supplier orders for comparison against the Budget.
  • 7. Business Unit (up to 30) Monthly (Table): Monthly shows the Profit and Loss shared between the decided B.U., and the total aggregate.
  • 8. Business Unit (up to 30) Total (Table): is the progressive at today.
  • 9. What If Analysis Budget (Table and Chart): divided by B.U., they allow to simulate up to 29 economic variables each to adjust the Budget of this B.U., reading the accumulative, and to formulate some possible Scenarios. They allow to start from the beginning of the Budget, increasing or decreasing, in Percent, all Accounts automatically.
  • 10. What If Analysis Control (Table and ): divided by B.U., they allow to compare the actual situation with the scenarios and the Budget. They allow to correct the Forecast, i.e. each Account and its value automatically from this date.
  • 10.1 Mix of Costs (Chart) Before and after any variation in some of 29 possibility all independent among them.
  • 11. Contribution margin (Table): it shows all the parameters in order to observe the business each month.
  • 12. Contribution margin (7 Charts): they show:
    • how much of revenues cover Fixed Costs plus Profit before Taxes
    • how much Variable Costs affect on the Revenue
    • Revenues Trend contains data of each month
    • Variable costs Trend (Chart): contains data of each month
    • Fixed Cost Trend (Chart): contains data of each month
    • Balance Revenues - Cost (Chart): presents data for each month
    • Progressive Variations (Chart): shows which of the four previous curve
    • moves faster
  • 13. Cash requirement (3 Charts): displays, for the Budget, liquidity variations requirements, until the final deadline Flow; Gross needs, added of balance at beginning, deducted Customer invoices in Advance.
  • 14. Flows Simulations (Chart): (What If Analysis) from the previous data, allows to vary the maturity date of income/expenditure, until reaching the desired balance
  • 15. Advanced Invoices (2 Charts): both Advanced and Maturity
  • 16. Cash Variations (2 Charts): display the trend of Taking and Expenditure at the date and the previous one plus the Balance at the beginning of the current year, people can see this also in the Statement
  • 17. Cash Forecast (Chart): displays monthly cash requirements remaining after the Taking and Expenditure at the date, net from Customers Invoices in advance.
  • 18. Flows Budget (2 Chart): displays those expected from the beginning of the Current Financial year, using only flows of operational management and showing financial management and the Total Balance
  • 19. Generated Flows (2 Chart): are those generated from the beginning of the Current Financial year, using only flows of operational management and showing financial management. It shows essentially the ability to cope with future Loans created in this year, underlining Financial Flows and the Total balance
  • 20. Taking and Expenditure Duration (Chart): it shows for each maturity, the applied days of Extension and their trend of difference
  • 21. Banks Report (Chart): it represents as an example, flows ingoing and outgoing in each Bank; this helps to balance and to correct all relationships with the funding agencies.
  • 22. Assets Liabilities (Table): displays the variations of the accounts at the date in relation to the previous year. We can add a Budget and possibly Scenarios
  • 23. Financial and Economic Indicators (Table): displays many Indicators always comparable with the Previous Year, the Budget and a Scenario
  • 24. Sources - Uses (Chart): displays Graphically the relationship of values with reference to a state of equilibrium, referring to benchmarks provided by Mediobanca (the main Italian Merchant bank)
  • 25. Details Summary (Table): it shows, from the previous year, the advantages or disadvantages of increasing Revenues.
  • 26. Basel 2 (Table): it provides a first view of the positioning of the company against the indicators of Standard & Poor's.
  • 27. BME (Table) it show how it it possible, after decided how much dividends can be distributed, to correct all Groups of Costs and revenue, to reach the goal. The algorithm makes allowance for many variables, included Taxes, End-of-Service, VAT to pay and so on.
